During your session a bite piece will be filled with the whitening gel and placed in your mouth. You will need to keep this in place for up to 20 minutes.

You can expect little to no sensitivity as the gel was formulated with sensitive teeth in mind. It’s safe on enamel, protects gums, causes little to no sensitivity, and is a registered natural health product. A very small percentage of people will have minor discomfort in their mouth and this normally dissipates within 10 minutes.

• It is recommended that you wait at least an hour before eating or drinking anything besides water once your treatment is complete.
• Do not to consume food or drinks that are likely to cause stains (blueberries, tomato sauces, beets, red wine, coffee, tea, colas, etc.) within 24 hours of your treatment.
• In some cases you may see white spots on your teeth which can be caused by calcium deposits or porous teeth. These will normally disappear within 24 hours.
